We’d love for all our guests to stay with us onsite at Beechmont Estate.
With an open bar and a winding road home, we highly recommend it!

If you’d like to book a room, just let us know when you RSVP — Beechmont Estate will be in touch to arrange your accommodation directly.

You can check in from 12pm. Please plan to arrive by 2:00pm on December 18, 2025 to check in before the ceremony begins.

Wedding Attire

What do I wear?

We’d love for you to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire—elegant, but comfortable enough to celebrate and dance the night away!

Venue

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors.

Photos

Can I take photos during the ceremony

We’re so excited to share this moment with you! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so our photographers can capture everything—and you can just enjoy the moment with us.

Parking

Will there be parking?

For your convenience, complimentary onsite parking will be available for all guests.

Little ones

Can I bring my children?

We absolutely adore your kids, but due to venue limitations and the type of event we’re planning, we ask you please don't bring your children. We hope you understand!

Gifts

Is there a way I can send you a gift or contribute to your celebration?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you—your presence truly is the best present! Should you wish to give a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception.
